SJI International School SAT Prep Program
(for the December 5th SAT test date)

At the request of the SJI International School, Testtakers Singapore, a local company specializing in test preparation, will be offering a SAT preparation program for 11th & 12th graders. This program will be held at SJI International leading to the December test date. This program will cover all aspects of the SAT with a focus on the Reading and Writing half of the test.

Testtakers has held regular test preparation programs at SJI International for the last 11 years and works with most of the other leading international schools in the region.  Testtakers has been selected based upon its ability to provide a quality program at a special price.

Superior Instruction

All instructors are American graduates of top American universities with an average of over 18 years of experience in test preparation.  The focus is on test-taking strategies, techniques, and tricks, not tedious practice and rote memorization.  The SAT is just one consideration for applications to American universities, school work is more important.  The program will increase scores quickly and efficiently, leaving time for sports and other CCAs that will make a difference in applications to competitive American university.

What's Included in the Program

  • 29 hours of classroom time

  • Binder notebook with course notes

  • 3 computer-scored diagnostic tests

  • College Board’s Official SAT Study Guide

Note that students must register themselves for the actual SAT test via www.collegeboard.org. Testtakers legally cannot get involved in this process though we can give some advice on how to best secure a seat. Note that Testtakers cannot be held responsible for any test postponement or cancellation.

Fee

S$1050, which covers all course materials and GST.  Upon registration, students will get the Study Buddy flashcard box to get an early start on things.
